Company Return Policy
We ONLY offer merchandise credit with a 120 days expiration from the date of purchase.
Cancellation is NOT acceptable due to the fact that we process all orders immediately.
If Item Arrives Damaged
If the item is damaged upon receipt, please provide us with the order number, the item number, the date of order and a description on the defect within 24 hours.
Due to strict health regulations, used apparel, treats, and all grooming products, cannot be exchanged or returned.
All holiday items including wedding apparel and Halloween costumes, a one-time size exchange is allowed, no returns but store credit only.
No returns or exchanges on all discounted items.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days upon your receipt. Including order number, item number and date of purchase with the reasons.
Upon receipt of your email, we will give you a Return Authorization number.
Please DO NOT ship items back to us without this number. We ask that you package your unused item carefully back into its original packaging with tags attached, etc. We will provide you with the address to our receiving department and ask that you send it with delivery confirmation (tracking number).
You will be responsible for all shipping costs (both costs to ship back to us and to re-ship your replacement item).
We must receive the item within 15 days of issuing the Authorization number.
Once we receive the returned item and it fits all the above requirements, we will then issue a store credit with 120 days expiration. Our boutique reserves all rights to refuse returned items. You’ll receive an email for your records.
We accept a ONE time return or exchange per item. A CAD$10.00 fee will be applicable if you need to return the item more than once.
